Barbara Saldana Jimenez

A Mexican immigrant and single parent, Barbara Saldana is interested in social justice initiatives, grassroots movements and organizations, and decolonial and communitarian feminism. She is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Women’s Studies and two minors, Human Rights and Diversity and the Contemporary World at Concordia University. She has organized various workshops for non-profit organizations and is developing a social media project called “Mothering together” which aims to support BIPOC moms and caregivers.
